Nick Lembo is Yelp's Manager of Business Outreach. He works with a wide variety of business owners across Australia and New Zealand to help them navigate the world of online reviews. He regularly speaks at informational sessions and writes extensively about how business owners can use Yelp’s free tools to reach consumers online and grow their business.

 Prior to joining Yelp in 2014, Nick worked in consulting as a communications and corporate affairs adviser to companies across Asia Pacific. He is American by birth, Melburnian by nature and a Hawks supporter by (proud) choice.
