Rhianna Bartsch Rhianna Bartsch

Rhianna works in a regional brewery whose menu uses as much locally made and locally produced food as possible and she is excited about this great opportunity to learn something new. The intention is for her artisan cheese to feature on the brewery menu in the future as well as being able to sell her products direct to the public.

Annika Berlingieri Annika Berlingieri

Having previously been involved in her family run wine production and cellar door, Annika then opened a small eatery producing very traditional italian food based on her heritage and family recipes.  She now has plans for a new business venture being a Providore style shop focusing on self-produced cheese, self-cured meats and self-grown garden produce as well as dishes created from this produce, keeping an Italian and French theme.

Diane Cass Diane Cass

In the final year of her Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences degree Diane is excited about the opportunity to translate her university learnings into a cheese setting and allow her to develop a greater understanding of the artisan cheese sector.  She would like to utilise her technical skills and food quality knowledge in the development of new and improved foods.
