Maple is the owner-maker of Happy Maple, a dedicated vegan, gluten-free, free-from, small batch artisanal donut business with a very loyal and dedicated following in Adelaide.  To expand her product offering Maple will undertake a 5 day intensive vegan ice-cream making course Cool School by Sweet Ritual in Austin Texas to learn the necessary skills to complement her current product offering with exceptional vegan, allergy friendly ice-cream.  Keep an eye out for Happy Maple on Social media.  We look forward to sharing the free-from journey with this very happy lady.
