Way back in 2010 we assisted Alison to complete a Cert III food processing (artisan cheese). She is a passionate and dedicated cheesemaker and lover of local, regional, good quality produce. Her philosophy for making great cheese is to respect the land, the animal, the milk and cheesemaking history. She had a successful cheese business on the Fleurieu Peninsula where she concentrated on a small product range so she could achieve excellence in each cheese she made.
The world needs more cheesemakers like Alison who really did create the most stunningly delicious produce. Alison if you ever start up again we promise that we will be first in line.
