With a strong hospitality background David approached us in 2015 wanting to develop his brewing skills with a plan to create small scale brews that have a point of difference.

He was undertaking the Institute of Brewing and Distilling (IBD) Diploma of Brewing at the time and his funding was used for the 3rd and final module.
