Cathy ran a small business on Kangaroo Island and was a regular at the KI Farmers Market. Operating under the name “Sugar Rush” Cathy was overwhelmed by the customer response to her truffles and chocolates.

She wanted to increase her product range, keep her skill level high and produce good quality products and we assisted her in 2012 with funding to attend various courses at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School in Melbourne.

Now on the mainland Cathy no longer operates Sugar Rush but will for ever have her skills base ready to create something unique in the future. Watch this space for updates.
