In 2015 Alyce worked for a favourite South Australian food processing company as the QA Officer for production. Her role allowed her to work with individual companies testing the ingredients and the resultant end product.

Keen to enhance her research skills and her ability to create and implement ideas she chose to complete a Diploma of Quality Audit with TAFESA Regency.
