As the co-owner of Basket Range Baker, Felicity is also the primary baker of their Basket Range Baker GF deliciousness.  Making their own flour blends from high protein, wholegrain flour Basket Range Baker GF make sourdough breads and panini in addition to baked goods such as slices, tarts, cakes and biscuits.

One product that has failed to live up to her high expectations is the creation of a laminated pastry, specifically a delicious flaky GF croissant.  Never one to give up on a challenge, Felicity is heading off to Italy to learn from the best, bring back those skills and fingers-crossed make us all some awesome GF croissants.
