Wanting to develop advanced baking skills and techniques that go beyond what she has taught herself Jo was successful in receiving 2026 funding to complete Petit Gateaux training at Savour in Melbourne in addition to the LCB Patisserie techniques course in Adelaide.

Jo creates a range of low carb and sugar free desserts and wants “to continue creating desserts that bring joy to others because good food should be something everyone can enjoy”.

You will find Jo at the Barossa Farmers Market and her goodies are also available at various cafes in the area.
