Tom Burfitt

Tom has a deep passion for wine, winemaking and the community that surrounds it.

He also believes that leadership plays a vital role in creating and strong and successful teams. "The more we grow as leaders, the more we positively influence the people around us.  Good leadership doesn't just help others become better at their jobs; it helps them become better versions of themselves."

Toms Support Payment grant will be used to further improve his leadership skills by completing the Aleda Connect program.
