Charavy is a passionate food technologist who has been working in the SA food and beverage industry for twenty years as well as consulting for the sector for the last 2 years.

In her consulting journey she has helped many SA businesses grow by helping with food safety systems and compliance as well as quality assurance and product development.

We assisted Charavy in 2024 with funding to complete UHT and retort training which has in turn assisted numerous SA businesses particularly the SA seafood and dairy industries.

Wanting to expand her skills and technical knowledge even further her 2026 funding will be used for training in QMS audits – BRCG auditing, FSSC, SQF10 and TACCP/VACCP.
