In 2014 Diane was in the final year of her Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences degree and was excited about the opportunity to translate her university learnings into a cheese setting by completing the Cert III Food Processing (Cheese).

This training allowed her to develop a greater understanding of the artisan cheese sector with her plan being to utilise her technical skills and food quality knowledge in the development of new and improved foods.
