In 2011 when Rhiannon applied she was enrolled in the Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Sciences at Uni SA.  As she was particularly interested in the wine industry, Rhiannon intended to follow the food science stream. 

Her funding was used for a wine making course and the textbooks needed for the remainder of her degree.
