Chantelle has chocolate running through her blood and we have had the pleasure of assisting her on two separate occasions. Initially we assisted her with various courses at Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School in Melbourne and more recently she was accepted into the Threesixty South Australian Young Entrepreneur Scheme (SAYES).
Both of these experiences gave her the confidence to open her own small batch chocolate processing business “Mauis” using cacao that is fully traceable and of the highest quality. Unfortunately life had other plans for Chantelle but we are sure that she will be back in the chocolate sector again in the future. Watch this space.
