Liz has been making home brew for numerous years and made stout, cider and ginger beer. With an opportunity on the horizon for employment in a regional microbrewery Liz completed a Certificate III Micro Brewing in 2015.

Unfortunately the microbrewery never came to fruition but the skills Liz developed will never go to waste.
