Having always been interested in food production, Rohan has a trade in butchery and wanting to develop his Cheesemaking skills he completed a Certificate III in Food Processing at Artisan Cheese Making Academy Australia.  This 2013 training gave him the skills to be able to produce locally made delicious cheese which he did under the brand name of Terroir Auburn.

Rohan created truly delicious halloumi!
