Having completed a Certificate III Hospitality (Patisserie) Shanna discovered a passion for all things patisserie. She wanted to further her knowledge and skills and used her funding to complete a Certificate IV Patisserie and attend two Savour Chocolate and Patisserie School classes in 2013.

Whilst still being passionate about Patisserie Shanna has been keen to create a business incorporating her indigenous heritage. We are very pleased to announce that Inchim Anyany spice blends is now up and running and creating delicious sweet and savoury blends ready to add to your dishes at home.  Seriously delicious!  Well done Shanna.
