I completed my Certificate IV Patisserie at TAFESA Regency in 2018 and the skills and experiences I received through my studies have shaped my career today. I would not have been able to get through my patisserie studies without the F&B Fund.

Whilst my food industry aspirations are currently on hold, I’m grateful for what I’ve achieved so far through the amazing support of the F&B fund family. My dream is still to eventually open a cafe serving dishes that are influenced by traditional Japanese sweets and desserts that are seasonal and also beautiful.
