Life brings many surprises and opening a fresh pasta business with my husband has been a dream long time in the making.
Well to be fair, initially we did not know fresh pasta would be our preferred product when we started our Cert IV Patisserie course in Melbourne and completed in Adelaide with the assistance of Food & Beverage Development Fund.
Our journey to make our dreams come true lead us to Mount Barker and the Adelaide Hills.
We fell in love with Mount Barker and found a welcoming, vibrant community with access to some of the best fresh ingredients in the world produced locally.
Producing our awesome ravioli and sauces in our new home was a natural development.
Our ravioli bring back memories for me personally back home in Italy where on Sundays families would buy fresh made ravioli and tortellini in the local fresh pasta store.
The pasta store was beloved and popular! I remember joining the queue in the shop with my grandmother to organize a beautiful lunch for a Sunday family reunion.
We are now pleased and may I say proud to launch our online store this Tuesday (November 15, 2022) to start bringing a bit of Italian lifestyle to a unique Australian location.
Our Fresh Pasta Business is online and we are ready to deliver our ravioli and sauces to customers in the Adelaide Hills.
