Evi’s Grecian Delights is a homebased small business that was established in 2013 in honour of Evis mum Voula who shared her passion for authentic Greek delicacies. Evi has a signature vegan gourmet baklava range which boasts 12 different flavours including Espresso Martini, Chocolate Brownie, Raspberry Macadamia & Salted Caramel Pecan Pie.

Evi wanted to build on her skills base and take her products to a new level and completed Cert III & IV Patisserie at TAFESA in 2018.
