Cheesefest+FERMENT 2018 
We are extremely pleased to announce the sponsorship of Cheesefest+FERMENT 2018.  In previous years we had CheeseFest (a celebration of the Australian specialty cheese industry providing an opportunity for cheesemakers to promote and raise the awareness of the art of specialty cheesemaking) and last year we had Ferment the Festival (for fermented products including chocolates, cheese, charcuterie, gin, sourdough, beer & kimchi) & now the incredible Kris Lloyd has managed to combine the two.

FERMENT the Festival 2017
